Day 2

Breakfast 8am: 1 egg and 1 slice toast



Snack 11am: half of banana



Lunch 2:30pm: 1hard boil egg, 1 slice of cheese and 5 saltine crackers

Snack 5pm: half of banana


Dinner 8pm: 2 hot dog, 1 cup broccoli, 1/2 cup carrots and 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream

Day 1

forgot to take a photo of breakfast it was at 8 am: 1 slice of Toast and 1 Tbs of peanut butter w/ tea .... (2 tbs was too much so i just used 1 tbs and i was full till snack.)

I drunk water to keep myself focus as my boyfriend made himself pizza


Snack 11am: half of grapefruit and Tea





Lunch 2:30pm: 1/2 cup of Tuna and 1 slice of Toast w/ water




after my hip hop abs workout :) .....

Snack 5pm: Apple



Dinner 8pm: 1 cup of green beans and 3 ounces of meat (choose grilled chicken breast)





after i ate dinner i had 1 cup of vanilla ice cream with 1/2 banana

Schedule(s)


My schedule will be: 
Get Running app called C25K (3 times a week)
Hip Hop Abs DVD (6 times a week)



Eating Plan:
Military (3 day diet) Diet but i will be doing it Mon-Sat with Sunday off
every Sunday i will drink 3 Ballerina Tea before bed

....and ill be taking NV clinical, and green coffee beans once a day as well, drinking 133oz of water (16 cups a day).

Military Diet...

I will soon be doing the '3 Day Diet' on June 17 2013 but i will not just do it for three days, but for six days.

here a look at how the meal plan will be.

DAY 1:

Breakfast--1/2 Grapefruit, 1 Slice of Toast, 2 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter, and Coffee or Tea

Lunch--1/2 Cup of Tuna, 1 Slice of Toast, and Coffee or Tea (any brew, as long as it's caffeinated)

Dinner--3 ounces of any type of meat, 1 Cup of Green Beans, 1/2 Banana, 1 Small Apple, and 1 Cup of Vanilla Ice Cream 

Tips to Try:

Warm the apple and/or banana and eat them over the ice cream. Delicious!



DAY 2:

Breakfast--1 egg, 1 Slice of Toast, and 1/2 Banana

Lunch--1 Cup of Cottage Cheese (Or 1 Slice of Cheddar Cheese), 1 Hard Boiled Egg, and 5 Saltine Crackers

Dinner--2 Hot Dogs, (no buns), 1 Cup of Broccoli, 1/2 Cup of Carrots, 1/2 Banana, and 1/2 Cup of Vanilla Ice Cream



DAY 3:

Breakfast--5 Saltine Crackers, 1 Slice of Cheddar Cheese, and 1 Small Apple

Lunch-1 Hard-Boiled Egg, and 1 Slice of Toast

Dinner--1 Cup of Tuna, 1/2 of a Banana, and 1 Cup of Vanilla Ice Cream
