forgot to take a photo of breakfast it was at 8 am: 1 slice of Toast and 1 Tbs of peanut butter w/ tea .... (2 tbs was too much so i just used 1 tbs and i was full till snack.)
I drunk water to keep myself focus as my boyfriend made himself pizza
Snack 11am: half of grapefruit and Tea
Lunch 2:30pm: 1/2 cup of Tuna and 1 slice of Toast w/ water
after my hip hop abs workout :) .....
Snack 5pm: Apple
Dinner 8pm: 1 cup of green beans and 3 ounces of meat (choose grilled chicken breast)
after i ate dinner i had 1 cup of vanilla ice cream with 1/2 banana
